각막 찰과상, Corneal abrasion
- 각막에 생긴 찰과상을 각막 찰과상이라고 한다.
- 각막 찰과상은 아이들의 연령에 관계없이 여러 가지 원인으로 생길 수 있다.
- 특히 신생아들이 보채고 울 때 자기 손톱으로 각막 찰과상을 입히기도 한다.
- 눈물이 나고 눈이 붉을 수 있고 햇빛을 볼 때 눈이 부신다.
- 증상 징후 진찰로 진단한다.
- Blumintor 기구 등으로 진찰해서 진단할 수 있다.
- 치료는 원인에 따라 치료한다.
Corneal abrasion
• Abrasions on the cornea are called corneal abrasions.
• Corneal abrasions can have many causes, regardless of the age of children. • Abrasions the cornea with their fingernails, especially in newborns when sneezing and crying.
• You may have tears and red eyes and dazzle when looking in the sun.
• Diagnosis is made by examining the symptoms.
• Diagnosis can be made by examining with a Blumintor instrument, etc.
