누낭에 생긴 염증이나 감염을 누낭염이라 한다(그림 12, 24, 110).
비루관(비루도/콧물 관)이 막힐 때 누낭염이 더 잘 생길 수 있다.
누낭염은 비루관염과 결막염을 동반할 때가 많다.
누낭이 있는 부위가 붉고 붓을 수 있다.
그 쪽 코 뿌리의 피부도 조금 부을 수 있다.
그쪽 눈에서 눈물, 점액, 또는 고름이 날 수 있다.
증상 징후 진찰 소견 등을 종합해서 진단할 수 있다.
필요에 따라 우점이나 코 쪽에 있는 결막에서 채취한 피검 물 점액으로 그람 염색 현미경 세균검사와 세균배양검사를 해서 원인 균을 알아낸다. 알아 낸 원인 균을 죽일 수 있는 항생제로 치료한다.
안과에서 전신 항생제와 안연고로 치료한다.
누관이 막혔을 때는 비루관을 개통시키는 치료를 한다.

• Inflammation or infection of the lacrimal sac is called lacrimal cystitis (Fig. 12, 24, 110).

• You are more likely to develop dacryocystitis when the nasolacrimal duct (nasal/nasal duct) is blocked.

• Dacryocystitis is often accompanied by rhinorrhea and conjunctivitis.

• The area with the tear sac may be red and swollen.

• The skin at the root of the nose may also swell a little.

• Tears, mucus, or pus may come out of that eye.

• Diagnosis can be made by combining symptoms, signs, examination findings, etc.

• If necessary, the causative bacteria are identified by performing Gram-stained microscopic bacteriological examination and bacteriological examination with the specimen water mucus collected from the conjunctiva in the dorsal fossa or nose. Treat with antibiotics that can kill the identified causative bacteria.

• Treated with systemic antibiotics and eye ointment by an ophthalmologist.

• When the fistula is blocked, the treatment is to open the nasolacrimal duct. Sources and References
