36개월된 아긴데요. 자꾸 눈이 아프고 맵데요. 그러면서 요새는 TV도 안보고 그러거든요

그렇게 심한건 같진않은데 자꾸 그러니깐 신경이 쓰여서요

안녕하십니까. 질문해 주셔서 감사합니다.

자녀의 나이와 성별, 과거 현재 가족의 병력, 증상 증후와 진찰소견, 적절한 임상검사 등의 결과를 종합해서 진단 치료하는 것이 이상적이지만 주신 정보를 참작해서 답변을 드립니다.

3세 유아들은 가진 것이 없고 순진합니다.

그들이 불편하다고 표현하는 것은 거의 백프로 사실로 받아들여야 합니다.

자녀가 호소하는 “눈이 아프고 맵데요” 등을 사실상 문제로 받아들여야 합니다.

근시, 원시, 난시, 백내장, 또는 녹내장 등으로 시력 이상이 생길 수 있습니다.

이 때 시력 문제로 생긴 증상을 정확하게 어떻다고 표현할 수 없는 아이들이 있습니다.

그래서 눈이 아프다든지 맵다든지 등 말로 표현할 수 있습니다.

눈에 생긴 질병, 뇌에 생긴 질병, 그 외 다른 질병으로 생긴 눈 통증이 있는지도 모릅니다.

소아청소년과 의사에서 급히 진찰 진단을 받고 필요에 따라 소아 안과의 치료를 받는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.
