올해 7살 된 아들이 이상해요. 근 석 달은 된 것 같은데 집중하거나 공부할 할 때 머리와 얼굴에 이상한 너무 자극적인 벌레가 돌아다닌다고 합니다.

그래서 걱정이 됩니다. 아이의 병력은 없어요. 몸에 비해 건강한 이예요.

말씀드린 바와 같이 의사의 진료를 바로 받으시는 것이 중요합니다.

가능하면 우선 단골 소아청소년과에서 진료를 먼저 받으시면 좋을 것입니다.

단골 소아청소년과에서는 가족 병력, 자녀의 과거 현재 병력 등을 이미 자세히 알고 자녀의 성장 발육에 대해서도 잘 알고 있을 것이고 서로 잘 아는 환자 의사관계를 가지고 있기 때문에 부모님과 의사가 서로 진료에 관한 대화를 편안하게 할 수 있을 것입니다.

그 단골 의사는 자녀의 문제를 전문적으로 해결해 줄 수 있는 특수 전문의를 찾아 주고 환자진료 의뢰서를 써 줄 수 있을 것입니다.

즉 단골 소아청소년과 의사가 자녀분의 건강문제를 해결해 줄 수 없으면 자녀의 문제를 효과적으로 해결해 주실 수 있는 가장 적절한 특수과 전문의를 소개해 주실 것입니다.

7살 학령기 자녀의 얼굴 등에 무엇이 기어 다닌다고 호소할 때 아무 것도 보이지 않고 있지 않으면 혹시 시야 환상증(Visual hallucination)이 있는지 의심해 봅니다.

As mentioned above, it is important to see a doctor right away. If possible, it would be best to first receive treatment from a regular pediatrician. In the regular pediatric department, parents and doctors can have a comfortable conversation about treatment with each other because they already know in detail the family history, the child’s past and present medical history, and the child’s growth and development.

You will be able to. The regular doctor will be able to find a specialist who can specialize in solving your child’s problems and write a referral.

In other words, if your regular pediatrician cannot solve your child’s health problems, he will introduce you to the most appropriate specialist who can effectively solve your child’s problems.
