안구 진탕, Nystagmus 2/4/2022
안구가 불수의적으로 운동하는 병을 안구진탕이라한다.
흔히 율동적으로 안구가 움직는 것이 보통이다.
선천성 안구 진탕은 가지고 태어 날 수도 있고 태어난 후 안구진탕이 어떤 원인으로 생기기도 한다.
출생전 부터 생긴 선천성 안구진탕을 신체에 다른 이상이 없이 생길 수 있고 출생 후 점점 덜 해 질 수도 있다.
각막, 렌즈, 망막, 시신경, 뇌 이상 등에 발육이상이 같이 있을 수 있다.
후천적 안구진탕은 약물 부작용, 뇌졸중, 뇌손상, 뇌 종양, 전정 이상 등이 있을 때 생길 수 있다.
선천성 안구 진탕증이 있으면 시력에 이상이 생길 수 있고, 고개를 한쪽으로 기우리는 증상이 생길 수 있다. 그러나 어지름증은 없는 것이 보통이다.
후천성 안구 진탕이 있으면 어지름증을 동반하는 것이 보통이다. 두통, 어지럼, 운동실조, 사시 등 증싱을 동반 할 있다.
편두통도 생길 수 있고 전정 이상과 같이 생길 수도 있다. 두개골 내 종양이 있어도 생길수 있다.
선천성 안구진탕이 있으면 시력 보존을 하고 안경 등으로 치료 하고 후천성 안구 진탕이 있으면 원인에 따라 치료 한다.

• A disease in which the eyeball moves involuntarily is called nystagmus.
• It is common for the eyeballs to move rhythmically.
• Some babies can be born with congenital nystagmus
• Congenital nystagmus before birth can occur without any other abnormalities in the body and may become less severe after birth.
• The cornea, lens, retina, optic nerve, and brain abnormalities may have developmental abnormalities with nystagmus.
• Acquired nystagmus can occur when there are drug side effects, stroke, brain damage, brain tumor, or vestibular abnormality.
• If you have nystagmus, your eyesight may be abnormal and your head may be tilted to one side, dizziness
• Acquired nystagmus is usually accompanied by vertigo.
It may be accompanied by symptoms such as headache, dizziness, ataxia, and strabismus.
• Migraines may also occur and may occur with vestibular abnormalities.
It can occur even if there is a brain tumor within the skull.
• If there is nystagmus, preserve vision and treat with glasses, etc.
If there is acquired nystagmus, treat it according to the cause.
